A short length, tailored billie kilt is an impressively elegant sight when dressed with a blouse and sash. Each billie kilt features two adjustable leather straps for the perfect fit.
To ensure your garment fits you perfectly we will need the following measurements:
Waist - measure around the your waist, this is where the waistband of your kilt will be.
Hips - Take this measurement from the widest part of your hips
Length - measure from the waist band to where on your leg you want the garment to reach
